1. About these terms

This website is operated by Rani Mode, based in Melbourne, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products

We take care to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small natural variations in fabric between items are normal and are not a fault. Sizing information is given in the size guide on each product page.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are shopping in and include applicable duties and taxes. Shipping is free. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we'll refund any payment in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Consumer law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

All content on this website, including our name, logo, designs, photographs and text, belongs to Rani Mode or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may update or suspend the website at any time.
