Free worldwide shipping, duties and taxes included
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. All orders are shipped with duties and taxes paid (DDP), so the price you see at checkout is the full price. There is nothing more to pay on delivery. If you're ever asked to pay a customs charge, email us at hello@ranimode.com and we'll take care of it.
Dispatch and estimated delivery times
We dispatch orders the same day.

These are estimates. Occasionally customs clearance, public holidays or carrier delays can add a few days.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll update it if your order hasn't been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it wasn't collected, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at hello@ranimode.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier. See our Refund policy for damaged or incorrect items.
